Ten Questions1. What do you think are the most important roles for advancing lightworkers in the next few years? The next few decades will be a time of incredible global change, and change often brings tension and drama. The most important thing we as lightworkers can do is to inspire consciousness. We can do this by serving as standards of new consciousness of earth, by walking our talk, and maintaining our human-spiritual balance in the midst of changes and challenges. 2. What are the 2 or 3 main things we will need to understand to be most effective in assisting the awakening of humanity? Individual humans will awaken in their own way, on their own schedule. The awakening is a natural process. In other words, it will happen sooner or later to every human on earth. So we donıt need to force a change, rather to be their as human guides when they choose to go through their awakening. The awakening can be a magical, mystical and exhilarating process, but it touches deep at the core of a person it can also bring major challenges such as letting go of the old perceptions and personality. This is a very sensitive time for those who are awakening. They generally do not want to be preached at. They donıt want rhetoric, dogma, gurus or prophets. They want a ³safe space² to go through their transformation, and they want a human guide who is a living example of crossing the chasm from the human dimensions into the divine-human reality. 3. What do you feel is happening in global consciousness as we move toward 2012? I prefer not to set dates, astrological events and Mayan calendars as a target for the transformation of human consciousness. History is filled with ³end of the world² and ³salvation² dates and most intelligent people cringe at the thought of yet-another-date. Consciousness is going through the most significant change in the history of mankind right now. We are moving from the 4000 year-old era of the God-as-external consciousness, to the new era of the God-within consciousness. As a person opens to the God-within, they take responsibility for the outcome of their lives, including healing, abundance and joy. The divine is no longer held in the Ark of the Covenant such as in the times of Moses, or the churches or even spirit guides. During this on-going transformation we will see a rise in ³reality awareness² around the world. People will become more aware of things like the environment, health, political and government, finances, law and other structures and systems that have shaped our lives, usually in a very hypnotic way. They will open their eyes to the world around them, and then they will be challenged about if and how they will respond. Weıre going to see tremendous turmoil and conflict in the next 25 years ahead, and weıre going to see some of the most beautiful examples of human compassion and enlightenment. 4. What insights do you have for our journey well beyond 2012? The current population of earth is about 6.6 billion people. Tobias has stated that our current resources (food, energy, environment, monetary, etc.) can only handle about 10 million people. At our current rate of growth this will occur in 2033, or a mere 25 years from now. In this short window we will have to develop new energy sources to replace oil. Agricultural production will have to become more efficient, and the foods will need to be more nutritious. Weıll need to honor and cleanse the environment so we donıt choke on our own waste products. Governments and financial systems will need to be overhauled or replaced to accommodate a new global unity. The process for all of these changes is already well underway. Rising oil prices will spur the development of clean, renewable energy sources. The media focus on health issues will spark the breakthrough of new medicines and healing modalities. With the awareness of these issues and their potential adverse effects on humanity, people across the world will rise to the call and develop the new systems, invent the new technologies and pioneer the new realities. This is where each and every lightworker around the world comes in: We provide the enlightenment and new potentials to the mass consciousness. Our personal experiences and higher-consciousness visions go out into the field of potentials. This is where scientists and inventors and leaders of all kinds go for inspiration. They can literally tap into the potentials of the lightworkerıs consciousness and then bring that energy back to earth in the way of new breakthroughs. Lightworkers should know that this is the time to inspire, not a time to sit back in the easy chair. 5. What special gifts or themes will you be sharing in your part of The Gathering? Iım excited about sharing the information from Tobias and Adamus Saint-Germain through the channeling. When they come through me, they are really collecting the consciousness of the group and voicing back what is in our hearts and spirit. I know this group will bring forth a significant message. 6. What do you want people to take away from your presentations? Thatıs easy: The consciousness work we are doing as individuals is making a significant difference on global consciousness. We chose to come here to earth at this most significant time of evolution, and weıre right in the midst of it. This Gathering is a time to be with like-minded and like-spirited people, and to remind all of us that no matter what we do for a living on the human level, our real work is as pioneers of new consciousness. 7. The theme of the Gathering is Uniting the VisionsWorking as One. What do you think is a key to this? The key to unity is recognizing the unity in your Self first. How can we radiate a new potential for humanity if we is not unified within ourselves? Unity within Self leads to compassion, compassion brings acceptance, and acceptance opens the door to higher potentials. 8. How can individuals get in touch with their part of the global unfolding? Similar to the answer above, we should first get in touch with our own inner unfolding. Otherwise we are just part of the drama, distracting ourselves with the job of saving the world, and rattling our spiritual sabers along with every other group with an agenda. But the individual who has allowed the natural process of divine integration to occur in their life becomes a standard to every other human. People are looking for these examples because they havenıt found the answers in the churches, crystals, aliens or most spiritual groups. Oprah Winfrey, the famous TV show host in the US, is a good example of a new spiritual standard. By allowing the unfolding in her personal life she is now a living example to others, touching millions of people every day and doing a hefty job in the global unfolding. 9. What is your idea of the Big Picture of humanity and Earthıs future? The best of times, the most authentically-sacred of times, the most transformational of times, and at times the most challenging of times. It is not a time for the faint-hearted consciousness worker. 10. What are you personally most excited about sharing? I am most excited about being with hundreds of dedicated lightworkers from around the world. That is my joy. The words from the speakers are wonderful, but the real value is the Gathering. What else would you like to say? May we all bring our joy of living to this Gathering, and let it radiate out to earth and heavens. This is the Time of Times. |
